Availability and Booking
Here’s how to reserve your favorite items:
- Browse the collection and click “Add to Quote” for each item you love.
- Once done, head to “Your Quote”.
- Complete checkout with your contact details REMEMBER TO PUT IN A MESSAGE SECTION A DATE WHEN YOU NEED YOUR DECORATIONS FOR ALONG WITH ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS – no payment required yet.
(All items will show pricing, but you will not be charge anything) - Click “Submit”.
We’ll review your request, check availability for your date, and send you a custom quote.
Pick up and drop off
- Pick up from our location on Thursday and Friday, return on Monday by appointment only to ensure smooth service.
- To secure you rental items and event date a NON REFOUNDABLE DEPOSIT of 25% is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total rental balance. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event or at the time of pickup if previously agreed in writing.
- For orders under $300 a $150 refundable security deposit is required at pick up. This deposit will be fully refunded if all items are returned on time and in their original condition.
- For orders over $300 we require a valid credit card on file instead of cash deposit. Your card will be charged if items are returned late, damaged or missing.
Delivery Information
- For delivery a minimum order of $300 is required
- Free delivery is available within a 15-miles radius of our location (Lockport, IL)
- For distances beyond 15miles, an additional delivery fee will apply.
- The delivery fee is based on mileage and will be calculated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
- The non-refundable deposit will not be returned under any circumstances
- An additional charge may apply if custom preparation or materials have already been ordered
- Cancellation made less than 72 hours for pickup or less than 7 days for delivery may result in forfeiture of the full rental amount.
Rental Agreement Policy
- All clients are required to sign a Rental Agreement to confirm their booking and protect both parties.
- The agreement will be signed at the time of booking or at the time of pickup, if not completed in advance
